St Helena Saints Terms and Conditions
I/We acknowledge that it is important for parents to remain during their child’s training in case of injury, illness or other unforeseen circumstances. If I/we wish to leave our child at training, I/we will seek permission from the coach in charge and ensure that the coach has current emergency contact phone numbers. If I/we leave our child at training, I/we authorize the coach in charge to consent, where it is impracticable to communicate with me, to my child/ren receiving such medical and/or surgical treatment as may be deemed necessary and will be liable for any costs incurred.
I/We give permission for my/our child/ren’s photo/s to be displayed on the St Helena Basketball Club Website, Facebook Page with team and first name being mentioned.
I/We acknowledge that season fees become due and payable on registration, unless pre-arranged with the club Treasurer. If I/we anticipate any difficulty in meeting payment by this date, I/we will contact the Treasurer to discuss an arrangement. Failure to pay fees or make an arrangement by the final date will result in my/our child/ren not being placed in a team.
I/We give permission for our child to be treated by any first aid trained personnel at the venue in my absence.
ALL PLAYERS, COACHES, PARENTS and SUPPORTERS agree to abide by and support the club’s CODE OF CONDUCT and confirm that they have read the document attached to the “POLICIES” section of this website including the Child Protection Policies.
All Families are required to complete an online registration form each season.
***NOTE: The club endorses the wearing of mouthguards for all junior players during matches, however this is a personal choice and will not be enforced.***
